We are a multidisciplinary behavioral health clinic that seeks to guide you in your process of self-discovery and empower you to pursue your goals as you gain an increased understanding of your life and find solutions to your situations.
Our mission is to provide high-quality, holistic behavioral health care. We provide In-Person and Virtual Sessions. We offer a variety of services that can help with your overall mental health. Our Services

Counseling Services
We offer Individual, Child and Adolescent, Couple and Marital, and Family Therapy. These can be in-person or telehealth.

Family and Divorce Mediation
Are you going through a divorce or working through a parenting plan or child support? Family and Divorce Mediation is an alternative to give you control.

Gifted Testing
Have you ever wondered why your child has strong interests or seems socially mature. Gifted Testing may give you some clues as to why.

Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner
Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNP) take a holistic approach to your wellbeing. They examine sleep hygiene to dietary concerns to vitamins to medication.

Psychological Evaluations
Psychological Evaluations can guide treatment and medication recommendations and are necessary for pre-surgical assessments. ADHD testing provided as well.

Speaking Engagements
We are available for a variety of presentations, workshops, or consultations.
Optimal Moments, LLC is owned and operated by Dr. Sheriece Sadberry. Dr. Sheriece is a generalist equipped to work with a variety clients and their concerns. She has been a preferred provider for the University of Kansas Athletics, University of Tampa Athletics, and the Kansas City Chiefs.
