Dr. Sheriece Sadberry
Licensed Psychologist
The road has been long and bumpy, but all in all my life experiences have allowed me to wake up every day excited to serve my clients.
Working with children and adolescents who were abused and neglected fueled my passion for helping others. After tearing my second ACL, I reflected on my athletic experiences and the challenges I faced in life. Taking all this in, I realized the importance of mental, emotional, and physical well-being.
My focus is helping individuals and couples from diverse backgrounds to improve their emotional wellness. Additionally, I have the privilege of working with athletes of all levels and military personnel and their families.
As a generalist, I can work with individuals on a variety of concerns from life transitions, anxiety, depression, eating disorders, trauma, relationships, etc. Some foundational approaches include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
Collaboratively, we will identify your abilities to conquer your fears, let go of the past, and become the best version of yourself. Ultimately, you will begin to accept what you cannot control, feeling empowered to take control in ways you didn’t know was possible.
I look forward to helping you accomplish your goals!
When I am not lost in the clouds, I am practicing yoga, dancing, “playing” sports, and blazing trails in the Jeep with my PIC.
Namaste,
Dr. Sheriece
